1. Digital Products & Coaching

Due to the digital nature of our courses, logistics lists, and proprietary business materials, all sales are final. Once access is granted to our University dashboard or digital downloads, we cannot offer a refund.

2. LLC & Business Filing Services

  • Pre-Filing: If you request a cancellation before we have submitted your paperwork to the state/government, you may be eligible for a refund minus a $50 administrative fee.

  • Post-Filing: Once documents have been filed with state agencies, the service is considered rendered, and no refunds can be issued.

3. Coaching Sessions

Cancellations for 1-on-1 coaching calls must be made at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for rescheduling. No-shows or late cancellations are not eligible for refunds.
